You don't need an iPod to listen to the Legal Research recordings. If your computer has speakers and a media player, you should be able to play the recordings on your computer. Any computer sold within the past 3–4 years probably has both.
You can play the recordings over a high-speed internet connection or by copying them to your computer. To listen over a high-speed internet connection, simply click on the "Play It Now!" button for the recording that you want to hear.
Copy the recording to your computer by right-clicking on the download link and choosing "Save Target As..." or "Save Link As..." from the menu that pops up. Once you have saved it, play the recording by double-clicking on its name on your Desktop or in My Computer, wherever you saved it.
If neither of the above options work, go to the Feedburner page for this blog. It has "Play Now" links for most of the recordings.

Welcome to the blog for the Legal Research portion of SIU's Lawyering Skills course. It is maintained by Prof. Murley, who teaches sections 1 and 4, but any students are welcome to use the resources.
This blog is not intended to replace the Lawyering Skills TWEN pages. You must still subscribe to the main Lawyering Skills TWEN page, for general information about the course and for information about the writing portion of the course, and to your section's TWEN page for research assignments.
